How do I place an order?
    ONLINE:  Go to the link on www.rusty1.com that takes you to see the photos (rusty1.photoreflect.com).  Locate the "Event" of interest to you and review the thumbnails.  Click on a thumbnail to see a larger depiction of the photo on a page that includes a "drop down" menu under the heading "select a package" (it will read [No Package Selected] in box) and choose the print or package that you desire.  To learn additional information about each print possibilitily, click the "package details" link beside the drop down menu box.  When you choose a print item for a photo, it is added to your "shopping cart" and remains there until you check out.  The prices, taxes, and shipping/handling fees are calculated for you.  Credit cards and checks are accepted.
    BY MAIL:  Complete the “Group Picture Order Form” (online or PDF download) and mail it with your payment (check, cash, or money order) to The Gilbert Group, PO Box 698, Homer LA  71040.  Indicate the individual photo(s) desired by writing the image # (see "how to identify image #" below) on the Form (or push the “email photocard” from the storefront web stie to photos@rusty1.com.
    IN PERSON:  In many of the settings when team/group pictures are being taken, orders can be placed and paid for at the photo session.  An order form will be supplied or you can get a copy of the “Group Picture Order Form” (online or PDF download) and bring it with you.

How do identify the image # of a photo?
    Go to the link on www.rusty1.com that takes you to see the photos (rusty1.photoreflect.com).  Locate the "Event" of interest to you and review the thumbnails.  Click on a thumbnail to see a larger depiction of the photo on a page that includes a "drop down" menu under the heading "select a package."  Centered above the image and the drop-down menu will be image number of the photo.  For example, " previous 10 of 57 next" means this is photo 10 of 57 in the event.  Be sure to include the name of the event (as well as any group if there is more than one group in the event) to identify the photo.

Can I make substitutions on the packages?
The “packages” are put together to optimize your value and make for an efficient turn-around of the final prints.   There is a price and print package for just about every level possible.  If you want or need extra items, then use the “extra prints” feature.  

Can I have more than 1 individual shot in a package?
No, the packages are designed for a single individual image and a group image.  If you want additional images, you can order another package or just “extra prints” or “specialty items” for the other images.  Be sure to indicate clearly that a separate image is being used for those items.

How/when do I pay for my pictures?
   Payment is required when the order is submitted.  If placing the order in person at the park or mailing it in, cash, money order, and checks (made payable to The Gilbert Group) are acceptable.
   Online orders at Photoreflect.com storefront available through www.rusty1.com can be made with a credit card or personal check.

How do I tell you what individual photos I want?
  1. In the website storefront, go to the image you want and choose from the "drop down menu" the specific item you want to order.  If it is an "extra" image (such as for a memory mate or a collage), then choose the "Extra Image for Memory Mate or Collage" item which has no cost ($0.00).  This is only used for pictures that will be included with other items that do have a cost.
  2. OR, identify the image number (see above) of the photo you want and email it to me or include it in the order.

What about sibling or friend pictures?
    Rusty can take these “special:” pictures on Friday or any other time he is at the park.  You can order individual prints of these off the web site, or you can actually order packages from the Group Picture Order Form.


How will I receive my package?
Photos will be mailed within approximately 3 weeks.  Be sure to provide a correct and complete US Postal Service mailing address.

What can I order?
Anything you want and can afford.  If you have special needs or desires, contact Rusty by completing the contact form.  He will work with you as much as possible.

Can I get the team picture without the fancy border?
The team pictures will come with a sport-appropriate border unless you specify differently.

What is the difference between a "Memory Mate," "Collage," and "Magazine"?
What if I want a collage?  How do I order it?
  1. Go to the photo gallery storefront (rusty1.photoreflect.com)
  2. Identify the BIG (or main) picture for the collage and choose "Collage" from the drop down menu (cost is $15) in order to add the item to your shopping cart
  3. Identify 2-3 SMALL (or inset) pictures for the collage, and FOR EACH OF THESE SMALL PICTURES choose "Extra Image for Collage/Memory Mate" from the drop down menu (cost is $0.00) in order to add the items to your shopping cart.   (Depending on the layout of the BIG picture, it may be possible to include 4 SMALL pictures for inset.)
  4. When you "Check Out" with your shopping cart, explain any particulars about the collage that you think Rusty needs to know in order to design the collage appropriately.  If nothing is given, then Rusty will design the collage completely.
What if my child was not present when the team/group picture was taken?
Rusty will try to make arrangements as possible.  Contact him for further information. 

When and how will I get my pictures?
Most team/group picture orders that are received at the site or from the coach/sponsor will be delivered to the coach/sponsor for distribution.  Orders placed online will be mailed.  (Please make sure that a complete and accurate mailing address is provided.)  Delivery of photos is usually within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 21 days.  If you have not received your photos within 21 days of placing the order, then please contact Rusty by phone (318.245.1160) or complete the contact form

What if I have other questions?
Just call Rusty 318.245.1160 or complete the contact form.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If there is anything about your order that does not meet your expectations, please let Rusty know immediately.
